Most Magic Wands merchandise is made to order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size/color selections or changes of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
